StackSet helps Shopify merchants auto-generate desk setup bundle collections from existing inventory. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to merchants who install the app.

Information we collect

Shopify store details needed to install and operate the app, such as your shop domain and Shopify access tokens.
Catalog data you choose to connect, including product titles, tags, handles, prices, images, and collection metadata.
Basic product-usage analytics and support messages you send to us.

How we use information

To authenticate your Shopify store and keep your StackSet workspace connected.
To analyze your catalog, identify desk-setup bundle opportunities, and generate or refresh collections inside your Shopify store.
To troubleshoot issues, improve ranking and recommendation quality, and communicate product updates.

How information is shared

We do not sell merchant or customer data.
We may share data with infrastructure providers that help us host StackSet, store application data, and monitor reliability.
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of StackSet, merchants, or Shopify.

Data retention and security

We retain connected-store data only for as long as needed to provide the app and meet legal or operational requirements.
When a merchant uninstalls StackSet, we stop processing new Shopify data and may delete stored installation data after a reasonable retention window.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect stored information, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You can uninstall StackSet from Shopify at any time.
You can contact us to request deletion of app data associated with your store, subject to legal retention requirements.
If Shopify merchant privacy requirements change, we may update this policy and post the revised version on this page.
